Is a prey-payment required?
Yes. We can only confirm your booking after the deposit has been paid. When booking through our website, a deposit of 20% of the total price is required.
I paid a deposit - when is the final payment due?
The final payment is due on the day of arrival. You can pay in cash or by credit or debit card.
If you arrive outside of the check-in times, the remaining amount must be paid 3 days before arrival - the key will then be left in a key box at the entrance.
Please contact us for the latter case.
What is the cancellation policy?
When booking via our website, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee of 100% of the apartment price applies (excl. cleaning and resort tax)

Can I submit the pre-payment by bank wire transfer?

Can we get an extra bed? I need an extra bed!
Yes. We can offer you an extra bed (folding bed) for one additional person per apartment.
Adults: € 23.70 per person and night (incl. tourist tax and service fee regional card)
Children: € 20.00 per person and night
Please leave us a comment when booking if you would like an extra bed.
Arrival and departure
What time can we check in and what time do we have to check out?
The normal check-in times are Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. In general, the apartments can only be occupied after they have been cleaned.

We ask you to vacate the apartments by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. You can make the final payment in cash on the day of arrival.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes, normally all VISA, Master and Maestro cards (credit and debit cards) work with our terminal.
Can I arrive earlier or later?
It is possible to move into the apartments after they have been cleaned on the day of arrival.
If you arrive late, your keys will be left in a key box next to the entrance.
What is the key-code for?
Next to the entrance is a key-box. You can use the box in the following cases:
Late arrival - your key will be deposited there
Depositing the key for other members of your group during your stay
Returning the key if the reception is closed.
How are my Wifi credentials?
You will find your access data in your "Good journey" mail, which you will receive from us 4 days before your arrival.
The access code is your username and password at the same time!
The WLAN SSID is: AmadeeGuest
How can I connect to the Wifi network?
When you connect for the first time you will be automatically redirected to a login page.
Enter your access data there.
NOTE: Your device must be able to display the login page (webpage), otherwise you will not be able to connect to our network.
Do the apartments have a kitchenette or kitchen?
Yes. All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens including cookware, glasses, cutlery and plates.
Is there a toaster in the kitchens?
Yes. Our apartments have toasters in the kitchens.
Is there a microwave in the kitchens?
Yes. Our vacation homes have microwaves in the kitchens.
Is there a dishwasher in the kitchens?
Yes. Our holiday apartments have dishwashers in the kitchens.
Kärnten Card / Sonnenschein Card
Is the Kärnten Card included?
Yes. During the summer season, the Kärnten Card is included in our apartment prices.
Is the Sonnenschein Card included?
Yes. During the summer and winter season, the Sonnenschein Card is included in our apartment prices.
How much does the Kärnten Card cost?
Depending on the season, the Kärnten Card and/or the Sonnenschein Card are included in the apartment price.
We only charge you a service fee of €1.00 per adult (over 17 years) and night. This fee is collected in the name and on behalf of the tourism association.
Is it a full card inlcuding all offers?
Yes. The cards issued include all discounts and offers as they are offered on the Kärnten Card and Sonnenschein Card websites. You can find more details about the offers in the following links.

How long is the Kärnten / Sonnenschein Card valid?
The Kärnten Card and/or Sonnenschein Card is valid for the duration of your stay in our house.
How many cards are issued?
One card is issued per person - also for accompanying children or teenager.
My son/daughter is only X years old - will he/she receive a card?
Yes. A card will be issued for each arriving person who lives in our house.
Where can I buy ski passes?
You can buy the ski passes in our house on the day of arrival.
NOTE: Certain promotions (sunshine skiing 30% discount, 1-euro ski pass) are only available in our house.
Are photos required for ski passes?
No, photos are not required to issue ski passes.
Are there any offers that include ski passes?
No, there are no offers with included ski passes. But you can purchase the ski passes on the day of arrival in our house.
If you arrive outside of the regular check-in times, we can prepare your ski passes in advance.
Ski equipment / ski lessons
Where can I rent ski equipment?
We can recommend the following rental companies:
At the valley station Maibrunnbahn.
Next to the Spar supermarket
Opposite the Römerbad thermal baths. Also rents cross-country skiing equipment.

Where is the nearest practice lift?
The next practice lift is the Bach lift next to the Hotel Kärntnerhof. Either on foot in about 11 minutes, or with the ski bus to the station Touristeninformation.

Is the tap water drinkable?
Yes, our tap water is of drinking water quality.
Is there a bread service?
No. We do not offer a bread service.
Is there a breakfast service?
No. We do not offer any boarding options in our apartments.
