Our holiday apartment “Haydn”, a studio with 45 m² on the ground floor, is furnished with bright furniture and offers a combined sleeping and living room, an extra kitchen, vestibule, separate restroom and a bathroom equipped with shower and bath tub, make-up mirror, washbasin, hair dryer and towels. The separate kitchen is fully equipped including a dish washer. In front of the apartment is the garden with seating accommodation and big lawn for sunbathing and BBQ in summer.

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price will be charged.
Deposit: To secure and confirm your booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required directly at the time of booking.
Final Payment:
In Winter: The remaining balance can be paid conveniently on your arrival day directly with us on-site.
In Summer: Since check-in is contactless, please transfer the remaining balance for the apartment by your arrival day at the latest.
Check-In (from 4:00 PM): Enjoy maximum flexibility upon arrival. Check-in is completely contactless via self-check-in using a digital keypad code. We will send your personal access code well in advance of your arrival.
Check-Out (by 9:30 AM): On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 AM at the latest to allow for cleaning.
Digital Guest Cards (Summer & Winter): Your Kärnten Card and Sonnenschein Card will be digitally activated in advance. You will receive the access link via email prior to your arrival.
Ski Ticket Service (Winter): Skip the queues at the lift ticket counter! You can conveniently purchase your ski passes directly at our house on your arrival day between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
