Winter Opening


05. December to 23. December 2025

Offer I: During the promotion period you get a 3-day-ski-pass for the price of a 2-day-ski-pass. And even with a 4-day ski-pass, you only pay for 3 days.

Offer II: By showing your guest card or Regionscard you will receive a 15% discount at the Thermal Römerbad. The offer is valid for 4-hour & day tickets Therme and Therme & Sauna as well as on massage & cosmetic treatments.

1 Euro ski-pass for children

03. January to 06. March 2026

Per fully paying adult each child gets one 6-day ski-pass for 6 € (from 7 days for 12 € | from 13 days for 18 €). Two ski passes are handed out.

The ski pass also counts as entry to the thermal spa "Römerbad" (if not already used as a ski pass that day).

Valid up to the age of 11.99 (12th birthday).

Ski and wellness weeks

Starting from a Bad Kleinkirchheim 3-days ski-pass the entrance to the “Römerbad” thermal spa is included.

You can use the 4-hour thermal bath entry ticket for the Thermal Römerbad anytime during the validity period of the multi-day ski pass and the regular opening times of the Thermal Römerbad.

Sunshine skiing

30 % discount starting from a Bad Kleinkirchheim 3-days ski pass and 1x entrance to thermal spa included.

With a ski pass of 3 days or more, you get a 30% discount on the valid ski pass tariff plus a 4-hour entry to the thermal bath area of the Thermal Römerbad, which can be used during regular opening times and during the validity of the ski pass.

A comprehensive range of mobility options is also included. Discounted fares apply to the Nockmobil public transport and "Postbus" lines, and the S-Bahn (suburban railway) in Carinthia can even be used free of charge.

Our house

Amadee Appartements awaits you in Bad Kleinkirchheim, in the heart of the Nockberge mountains. Our house is situated at an altitude of approximately 1100 meters in the Bach district. The Kaiserburg and St. Oswald ski areas are just 200 meters away, and the St. Kathrein thermal baths are only 500 meters away. In summer, you have direct access to hiking and biking trails. The nearest supermarket is about a 12-minute walk away, and Lake Millstatt is 13 kilometers away.

Appartements

Amadee Apartments is open for you during the summer season (mid-June to the end of October) and the winter season (mid-December to the beginning of April). Whether you're single, a group of friends, a couple, or a family, our four apartments offer space for 1-5 people.

Apartment Haydn

Studio with 45 m² for 1-2 persons.
Our holiday apartment "Haydn", a 45 m² studio on the ground floor, is furnished with light-colored furniture and offers a combined living/sleeping area, an entrance hall, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, sink, hairdryer, hand and bath towels, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher. Adjacent to the apartment is our lovely garden with seating and a large lawn for sunbathing in the summer.

How can I book and how much does it cost?

Alternatively, you can send us an email with your name, desired dates, and the number of people (adults and children/teenagers under 17). You will then receive a non-binding offer from us within 24 hours. Inquire now

Is a deposit required?

In short: Yes! To reserve your desired apartment, a deposit of 30% of the total price is required. You will receive the payment details with your booking confirmation. Please transfer the amount to our bank account within 5 days.

How and when can I check in?

A few days before your arrival, you will receive an email with all the necessary details, including a link to online check-in. The key code will grant you access to our building, your booked apartment, and our free Wi-Fi.
Our reception is only staffed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 9:30 AM.

What are the cancellation policies?

Our cancellation policy is simple, transparent, and without hidden clauses. You can cancel your booking at any time without giving a reason. Only within the last 30 days before your arrival will we charge you a cancellation fee of 30% of the total price, i.e., your deposit.
